You may use Visaprep Agent for lawful visa interview practice, preparation planning, document-organization support, and coaching feedback for your own preparation workflow.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, lawful to share, and appropriate for the preparation task you request.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Do not use the service to create false statements, fraudulent documents, misleading interview answers, or deceptive government submissions.
- Do not ask the service how to hide facts, avoid scrutiny, bypass government rules, or misrepresent your circumstances.
- Do not upload documents or personal information about another person unless you have authority and any required consent.
- Do not harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or discriminate against others using the service.
- Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, or interfere with platform operations.
3. AI and output misuse
- Do not present AI output as legal advice, official government instructions, guaranteed strategy, or a government-issued decision.
- Do not use output to train competing systems, build automated extraction tools, or create harmful or misleading content.
- Review all output before relying on it, especially where deadlines, documents, fees, eligibility, or official requirements are involved.
4. Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, legal risk is created, payment obligations are not met, or platform security may be affected.
Serious misuse may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
