Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how access periods, refund requests, and cancellation work for Visaprep Agent purchases.

Refund availability depends on purchase timing, whether paid service usage has started, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

1. Purchase types

Most Visaprep Agent plans are one-time purchases that provide access for the stated period, such as 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day access. These purchases do not auto-renew.

If a recurring plan is offered, the billing interval and renewal terms will be clearly shown before checkout is completed.

2. Refund window

  • Refund requests may be accepted within 7 days from the exact date and time of purchase only if the paid service has not been used.
  • Paid service usage includes starting a paid voice session, using paid interview minutes, submitting documents for paid review, or accessing paid plan features.
  • After paid service usage begins, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

3. Cancellations

One-time purchases do not need to be canceled because they expire at the end of the stated access period.

For recurring plans, cancellation stops future billing after the current paid period. It does not automatically refund already-used or expired access unless required by law.

4. Billing errors and support

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@visaprepagent.com with your account email, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.

We may request additional information to verify the transaction and review whether a refund or correction applies.
